Why did you choose this fieldwork?
I wanted an additional FW experience in hand therapy.

I drove from downtown portland to Milwaukie. There was some traffic b/c I went during high traffic hours. took about 20-30 minutes.
Describe types of conditions or diagnoses, as well as age ranges exposed to during this fieldwork.
carpal tunnel, cubital tunnel, fractures, dislocations, shoulder capsulitis and impingement, radial tunnel, trigger thumb and finger, TFCC dx's, etc.
What types of assessments and interventions were used?
goniometric measurements, pinch/grip, volumeter, MMT, 9 hole peg test, BIVABA, etc.
What are your thoughts on the site's environment for the employees and students? (Please consider: organization, collaboration, mentoring, learning opportunities)
great..a lot of communication and teamwork. An inviting atmosphere for students. The therapists are extremely knowledgeable and great teachers.
